From App 1.9.6, fan–celebrity, Favorite, Partner badges and tools, Partner messages, Signals, and Partner external-link surfaces are unavailable in the app. This does not mean existing records have been deleted or converted into friendships. Existing content keeps its audience. Use Friends, Discover, and nearby conversations for current connections.
